Step 1: Ensure that you’re logged in and approved as a Wholesale Customer Account
- Click here to login/register.
Step 2: Find the Product You Want
- Click on the Products section at the top of the page.
- Browse through the list to find what you’re looking for
- Each product page includes photos, descriptions, and details to help you choose the right item.
Step 3: Customize and Add Products to Your Order
- When you find a product you’d like to order, click to open its page.
- Some products allow you to choose custom options — such as size, color, material, or other details.
- Simply select the options that fit your needs.
- When you’re ready, click the Add to Cart or Add to Order button.
- You can keep browsing and add more items if you’d like.
- When you’re ready to check out, click the Cart icon (usually at the top right of the page) to review your selections.
Step 4: Review Your Order
- Make sure the products, options, and quantities are correct.
- If you need to make changes, you can remove items or adjust the quantity.
- Once everything looks good, click Proceed to Checkout.
Step 5: Enter Your Information
- Fill in your name, company or organization, and contact information.
- Add your shipping or pickup details.
- Add information on your event so we can be sure to get your order delivered on time.
Step 6: Submit Your Order
- Double-check your order details.
- Click Submit Order.
- You’ll see a confirmation message, and you’ll also receive an email confirming that we received your order.
- As an option, you can save your order as a purchase list for future orders!
Step 7: We’ll Review Your Order and Follow Up If Needed
After you submit your order, someone from our team will review your order and contact you to with any questions — just like we’ve always done.
Our online payment options will be coming soon. In the meantime, we will invoice you once your order is ready to ship.

Frequently Asked Questions
I want to order 10 rosettes each in three different colors, but the options only allow me to select one color. What’s the best way to do this?
Select the first color of rosette, along with all your options and your quantity, and add it to the cart. The cart total will be updated, but all the options will remain on the page. Now select your second color, confirm the quantity, and add them to the cart. You’ll get the same rosette options with the new color.
When I select the Product Category from the top menu, I don’t see any products.
You’re not logged in to the website. Please log in or register your account.
When I view the product page or product category, it says “Price Not Available”.
You are logged in with an individual customer account. Please go to the My Profile page and apply for a Wholesale Customer Account. Once you are approved as a Wholesale Customer, you’ll see prices for our products.
What’s the status of my order?
On the My Profile page, select the Orders tab. You’ll see the status of your order. Here is a list of the status options, along with a description:

We have accepted your order and it’s waiting for our team to begin their work. |

In Progress |
Our team has started working on your order. In many instances, multiple teams will have to contribute to different parts of the product. Depending on the type of products or the size of your order, this status can take hours, days, or even weeks. But rest assured that we’re working on it! |

Ready to Ship |
Your order has been completed and we’re getting it ready to ship. |
|
Shipped/Invoiced |
We have shipped your product and we’ve added shipping costs to your invoice. You may now view your invoice and send payment. |

Completed |
We have received your payment and your order is now complete. We thank you for your business and look forward to supporting you again! |
